Rachel Farrell is the founder and Managing Director of Bloom Capital, and one of Australia’s leading voices in modern mortgage and finance advice.
Rachel began her career in 2016 and established Bloom Capital in 2019 with a clear purpose: to create a finance business that feels supportive, strategic, and genuinely client-first.
With a background in both residential and investment lending, Rachel is known for her ability to simplify complex financial situations and guide clients with clarity, confidence, and care. Her approach is grounded in education, long-term thinking, and building meaningful relationships, not just securing a single loan.
Rachel has been recognised across the industry for her leadership and impact, including being named an MPA Elite Woman, selected as the inaugural winner of AFG’s Women on the Move program, and invited into AFG’s prestigious Innovators and Academy programs, completing a three-year scholarship in partnership with Harvard Business School (in Boston!).
